Choosing the right size
- Up to 4 passengers: a sedan is usually enough. See car with driver.
- 5 to 7 passengers: an SUV, MPV or Innova-type vehicle.
- 8 to 12 passengers: a Tempo Traveller or Urbania.
- 13 to 16 passengers: an Urbania, depending on configuration.
- 17 or more: a minibus or coach.

Confirm your booking
Pay the advance stated on your quotation; your booking is confirmed once we issue confirmation in line with the agreed quotation and service availability. Balance terms are on your quotation; see booking and payment.

How pricing works
Your quotation will clearly state the vehicle, route, duration, inclusions and any applicable extra charges.
Pricing & payment
Pricing depends on route, vehicle category, dates and travel requirements, so every booking starts with a tailored quote. A booking is confirmed once the required advance payment is received and South Zone Holidays issues confirmation in accordance with the agreed quotation and service availability. The advance amount and balance terms are stated on your quotation. We accept international credit and debit cards, bank transfer and UPI.
